Effective People Management

People management can be one of the hardest aspects of being a manager.

This course teaches the practicalities of how to manage people to get the best performance from them.

Not by simply being a line manager, but by understanding how different people think and function, and adjusting your approach to the different types of people that you will encounter.

This training course combines lectures with practical exercises that help the delegates to put what they have learned on the training course into practice. The exercises specifically build on what has been recently taught and are built up as the training course progresses.

Some level of management experience is helpful although not essential to get the most out of this class.
